Regulatory Excellence

Amada is a registered Financial Services Provider (FSP 752) and operates under a Category I and Category II licence issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). This authorisation includes discretionary and segregated mandate investment management and provides the regulatory framework to manage segregated portfolios and Collective Investment Schemes in accordance with South African financial services legislation.

Our regulatory platform has been intentionally designed as a scalable investment ecosystem that enables specialist investment managers and product providers to operate within a fully compliant institutional framework. Rather than requiring each specialist manager to establish independent operational infrastructure, Amada provides a shared platform of governance, compliance, risk management, administration, reporting, custody coordination, and distribution capabilities.

This model allows specialist fund managers and product experts to focus on investment performance and portfolio management, while leveraging Amada's established regulatory licence, operational support services, institutional controls, and market distribution network. The result is a highly efficient investment platform that accelerates product innovation, reduces operating costs, strengthens governance, and broadens investor access across multiple investment strategies and asset classes.
